I have had an extremely pleasant experience dealing with you. Your service and product is first rate. I have had my house fitted with your wooden blinds. The price is unbeatable and what can I say about your service. The manager at Shepherds Bush has been a 'customer champion'. he really made me and my wife happy with his professional approach.
When there was a problem with one of the blinds, he dealt with it immediately to rectify the problem.

M Moledina, Middlesex I am writing to you, to congratulate your company on the extremely efficient service that my wife & I received with regard to the recent purchase of plantation shutters. We visited your showroom in Burgess hill, where we received excellent service and was promptly offered a visit from one of your surveyors the following week.
A charming young man arrived, exactly on time and discussed our requirements at some length, he was very thorough and we were most informed..
He told us that delivery would be between 6 and 8 weeks and he left us with a detailed sheet of our requirements. At just over 7 weeks, we received a phone call to agree a suitable time and date for fitting.
Once gain, exactly on time, the team of installers arrived and set about the task of installation. They were excellent workers, exceptionally carefull and meticulously tidy. The job was completed with the minimum of fuss, all packaging was taken away and a 'smiling' departure completed the transaction.
I wish all jobs could go so smoothly!
