OPTION 1
The simplest way to own shutters is to let us design and install them for you.
A) Price
Firstly, we insist on giving you a very good
idea of price before we survey. To get an idea

B) Book an appointment
When you have a good idea of price,
book an appointment online for a survey
or alternatively call 0845 166 4103. One
of our surveyors will visit your home to
discuss options with you and take precise
measurements.
C) Order
At the end of their visit, the surveyor will take
your order and deposit - you will pay the
remainder prior to installation. Approximately
6 to 8 weeks later we will contact you to
arrange an appointment for us to install your
beautiful shutters. All of our shutters come
with a 3 year guarantee.
OPTION 2
The second option is to let us visit you, to design and take measurements for your order. Around 6 to 8 weeks later, we will deliver the shutters for you to install yourself.
Not only will you save 5% off the cost but you also avoid the risk of imprecise measurements, which may occur if you undertake the measuring yourself. Sash windows are relatively easy to fit, while UPVC bay windows are very difficult. We advise that you ensure you have the necessary skills before taking this option. Please note that a surveying charge of £140 applies.
OPTION 3
Lastly, you can take the full DIY approach. You measure, you collect and you install - saving you 15% off the total cost of your shutters. If you are interested in this option please call us on 0845 166 4103 to discuss. (We have many DIY customers who have been very successful in their installations. However, do not tackle this just because you have a friendly carpenter, unless you know he/she is good.)
All our shutter fitters operate in a professional manner. They will lay a dust sheet and clear up after themselves. Furniture and obstructions must be cleared away prior to our fitter arriving, to enable them to complete your installation in the allocated time-slot. If the fitter is forced to move any obstructions then we cannot be held responsible for any damage or breakage. When the fitting is complete, we will remove and recycle all the packaging.

Depending on the number of windows, the appointment generally lasts approximately 30 - 60 minutes. During this time the surveyor will discuss design options and show you samples - including styles, colours, tilt rods and hinge colours to best complement your decor.
At the end of the appointment the surveyor can provide you with a definitive price, at which point you may place your order directly with the surveyor.
